Wattz Web Design and Marketing Website Proposal

Website Proposal

Prepared for Charlene Wilson, Charlene Wilson Real Estate · Wattz Web Design and Marketing · 11/07/2026

What you asked for

Here is what I took from our emails. If I missed anything, reply and I will fold it in.

The site

Six pages, designed around you and built to work on a phone first, since that is where most buyers will find you.

Home

Who you are, where you work, featured homes, recent reviews, and a clear button to request a showing or reach you.

About Charlene

Your story, how you work, the areas you know best, and your brokerage details so buyers and sellers trust you before they call.

Reviews

Your Google and Zillow reviews in one place, kept current, with a link for past clients to leave a new one.

Homes for Sale

Listings with photos, price, details, and a showing request button on every home. See the two options below for how listings get there.

Request a Showing

A short form where a buyer picks the home, suggests a few dates and times, and leaves a phone number. It lands in your email and as a text.

Contact

Phone, email, office, and a general message form for sellers who want to talk about listing their home.

Built into every page

  • Designed with your headshot, colors, and photos. No stock-looking templates and no AI images.
  • Set up to be found: page titles and descriptions written for the towns you serve, and your business details formatted the way Google reads them.
  • Every form goes to your inbox and your phone so you can answer a buyer in minutes.
  • Fast, secure, and easy to update. I will show you how to add a review or swap a photo yourself.

Two ways to show homes

Both options give you the full six-page site above. The difference is how homes for sale get onto your website. Pick the one that fits how you work, or ask me and I will recommend one after our first call.

Your listings, plus a link to search

The simplest way to have homes on your site this month.

$2,000

One time

  • A Homes for Sale page you update yourself from your phone: add a home, photos, price, and status, and it is live.
  • Your own listings featured on the home page.
  • A Search All Homes button that opens the full MLS search for your area, so buyers can still browse everything.
  • No broker paperwork and no monthly listing fee.

Best if you mostly want to showcase your own listings and keep costs flat.

Full MLS search on your site

Every active listing, searchable without leaving your website.

$3,000

One time, plus the MLS feed fee below

  • Live Bright MLS listings inside your site with map, filters, and photos, updated automatically.
  • Your own listings shown first.
  • Buyers can save favorites and request a showing on any home, and every request comes to you.
  • I handle the MLS feed setup and paperwork with your broker.

Bright MLS requires your broker to sign off on the listing feed. Approval usually takes about a week.

The feed provider bills about $60 to $90 per month directly. That is their fee, not mine.

Hosting

$20

Per month, either option

  • Fast, secure hosting
  • SSL certificate
  • Daily backups
  • Uptime monitoring

Website care

$75

Per month, either option

  • Software and security updates
  • Routine edits, like adding a new review or changing your headshot
  • Listing and photo updates when you need a hand
  • Email and text support from me, not a help desk

What I assumed

I priced this on the details below. Correct anything that is off and I will adjust before we start.

Your MLS and broker

Your listings are in Bright MLS and your broker will approve a listing feed for your personal site. This only matters for the full MLS search option.

Where you sell

Calvert County and Southern Maryland first. If you also work in DC or Virginia, tell me and I will set up the search and the pages for those areas too.

Reviews

Your reviews live on Google and Zillow. If you have them on Facebook or another site, I can include those as well.

Photos

You have a headshot and some photos of homes or the area. Anything else I license properly. I never use AI-generated photos.

Domain name

If you already own a web address, we use it. If not, I will help you choose one. A domain runs about $15 per year.

How it goes

Kickoff call

About thirty minutes. We go over your brand, photos, current listings, reviews, and brokerage details.Within a few days of your go-ahead

Design preview

You see the home page design and tell me what to change. Nothing is built until you like it.About a week after kickoff

Build

I build every page, connect the forms, and set up the listings. For the full MLS option, the broker paperwork runs at the same time. Two weeks

Launch

We review together, go live, and I walk you through making your own updates.About three to four weeks total. The full MLS option adds the approval wait.
